  23. I have searched North America for these and other MIDI with C
  24. Programming texts to no avail.  A lady at Seattle's largest bookstore
  25. called the publisher and confirmed that both of these books are out of
  26. print.  Oh well, if anyone has any other pointers to MIDI/C books, I
  27. would really appreciate their suggestion(s).
