- I have searched North America for these and other MIDI with C
- Programming texts to no avail. A lady at Seattle's largest bookstore
- called the publisher and confirmed that both of these books are out of
- print. Oh well, if anyone has any other pointers to MIDI/C books, I
- would really appreciate their suggestion(s).
